"The natives made fire in the ground, heating stones on which they laid the carcass of the Dog wrapped in leaves. This they covered with hot stones and mould, and after four hours in this Oven, the Dog as taken out whole and well done. It was the opinion of all who tasted it that they had never eaten sweeter meat."

Moving to Whitby, North Yorkshire he was entranced by the stories behind the 18th Century voyages of Captain James Cook, and inspired him to create this album.
